ERW (stretch reduction) Steel Pipe is made of high-quality coiled steel. The steel is cut lengthways after re-examination and then to be shaped to pipe automatically. Cleaning out burrs inside and outside of the pipe, while the computer controls the best melting temperature, the qualified steel pipes after the non-destructive inspection are heated up to 910-950 wholly in the seldom oxidize environment and then take out of the furnace. Cleaning the outside surface of the pipe, the pipes are hot rolled several times by stretch reduction machine to make metallography structure, grain state, geometrical size and mechanical performance even. Our products carry out API SPEC 5L , API SPEC 5CT, GB/T8163 standard.these pipes are widely used in flammable and non-flammable fluid transportation, boiler and steel construction . It has supplied a gap in the domestic market. At present there are four sets of production lines and the annual yield is 200,000 tons.
