Hebei Zhongyuan Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the professional manufacturer of steel pipe, which was set up in 1993. It covers 545,000 square meters in all and total assets up to 950 million RMB. There are 1,200 employees in all and 9 sets of advanced SSAW pipe production line, 4 sets of ERW(stretch reduction) pipe production line.

        Using premium rolling plate as raw materials hot rolled pipe, after rechecking, is automatically molded and welded and is cleared burr away at the optimum melding temperature under the control of computer. Nondestructive-examination-passed pipes are heated to 910-950 in anoxic condition before discharging. Repeatedly rolled by stretch reducer the pipes are comprehensively uniform in metallurgical structure, grain situation, physical dimension and mechanical property. Following the operative norms of API SPEC 5LAPI SPEC 5CTEN10217, our products are widely used in flow pipe of combustible and incombustible liquid, boiler and steel structure and supply a gap of home market. Presently we hold four product lines with the capability of 200,000 tons of φ89-φ630mm hot rolled pipes.
